Product return

Ziquin Life offers a 60-day, money-back guarantee for first-time customers who are not 100% satisfied. The customer may request a refund up to sixty (60) days from the order date. If the package is opened, Ziquin will issue store credit. If the package is returned to Ziquin unopened, we will issue a full refund.  This refund does not include the customer's cost of returning the merchandise to us.

Sometimes products are damaged due to postal service conditions. Please report damaged or missing items within seven (7) business days of receipt of an order by contacting Ziquin Life customer service and emailing us at hello@ziquinlife.com. Verification by sending us a photo of the damaged goods and its postal box is requested. For a missing product, we also request a box photo with the products received.

Although we always do our best to accommodate customers, products that do not fall under the policies described above or returns that do not involve extenuating circumstances may not be accepted for refunds.
